That single glowing eye is unsettling in the best way — this one's from Ryan, a Nothic from the Twin Mountains series, photographed next to a d20 for scale.
The sculpt itself does a lot of the work here — spindly clawed limbs, a hunched twisted posture, and that one central eye giving it a proper unnerving presence even before paint goes anywhere near it. A great pick for anyone wanting a genuinely creepy aberration for a dungeon encounter.
