Refund policy

📌 Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ In the same condition as received (unused, wrapped, and in its original packaging).
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
✔ Returned within 60 days of delivery.

📌 Return Shipping Costs:

🚚 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or duties (if applicable).
🚫 We do not provide prepaid return labels—you must arrange and pay for return shipping.
📦 If an item is returned due to refusal to pay customs/import duties, the refund will exclude original shipping costs.

📌 Cooling-Off Period (Max 7 Days Before Shipping – All Orders)

For all domestic and international orders, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days before shipping for a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, standard return policies apply (60-day return window, buyer pays return shipping).
🚚 Return shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.


📌 Lost Parcels Policy (Royal Mail 30-Day Rule for Domestic & International Orders)

If your parcel is lost in transit, we must wait for 30 days from the shipping date before submitting a claim with Royal Mail for lost parcels.

🔹 If Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
🔹 If Royal Mail locates and delivers the parcel, the normal return policy applies.
🔹 If the parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us for further investigation.


📌 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
✔ The item is defective or damaged.
✔ You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.


📌 Exchanges

To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund (if eligible).


📌 Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
