🌍 Shipping & Import Information

🇺🇸 United States Orders
We cover all import tariffs and customs fees for U.S. customers. This means you won't need to pay any additional import or duty charges when your order arrives.

🇪🇺 European Union & Other International Orders
Since 1st July 2026, EU customs rules changed. As all our miniatures fall under the same customs classification (HS code 9503.00), your order will incur a single flat €3 customs duty, no matter how many items you order, plus your local import VAT — both collected by your country's postal or courier service on delivery.

For orders over €150, standard import duties and VAT will apply based on your country's regulations.

Your courier may also charge their own separate handling fee for processing these charges — this is set by the courier, not by us.

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, get in touch with your order number and we'll happily check the customs paperwork for you.
