Blood Hunter Miniatures

Blood hunters are warriors who have subjected themselves to forbidden alchemical and occult rites, sacrificing a measure of their own vitality to gain the ability to fight monsters on equal terms. Their combat techniques — known as blood curses and rites — involve channelling their own blood as a weapon, branding their blades with elemental or necrotic energy, and imposing hexes that weaken supernatural enemies. The power comes at a cost, as their abilities frequently demand physical sacrifice to activate. In fantasy RPG settings, blood hunters operate outside conventional martial or religious institutions, emerging from secretive orders that formed in response to demonic incursions, vampiric plagues, or the failure of conventional forces against supernatural threats. They appear in campaigns involving monster hunting contracts, cursed bloodlines, occult conspiracies, and regions where the boundary between the mortal world and darker planes has worn thin.
