Picture this in your next cult encounter: the players think they've tracked down a ragged band of desperate fanatics, and then across the table you place a skeletal warrior in heavy armour clutching a sword and a battered shield, flanked by a hooded figure hugging a skull-topped staff, and a stocky little masked alchemist with a backpack full of flasks. Suddenly the tone of the whole session shifts. That's exactly what this set does.

Cult Miniature | A - Tabletop RPG & D&D miniature. Perfect for wargaming & collectors

The cult miniature pack from Epic Miniatures gives you three distinct characters that together tell a complete story. Sculpt #5733 is the muscle — a half-decayed warrior in plate and robes, skull motifs on his belt, shield raised and blade ready. #5734 is the priest type, barefoot, deep in a hood, staff pressed close like it's the most precious thing in the world. And #5735 is the one that always gets a reaction at the table — a small, masked figure carefully examining a potion vial, rope coiled around his body, barrel strapped to his back. All three sit on a medium 25.5mm base.

Cult Miniature | B - Tabletop RPG & D&D miniature. Perfect for wargaming & collectors

Cults in folklore have always worked on that same three-part logic: the enforcer, the true believer, and the one who knows things nobody else does. Having all three represented on the table at once gives your players something to read without you saying a word. Who do they target first? That hesitation is half the encounter.

Cult Miniature | C - Tabletop RPG & D&D miniature. Perfect for wargaming & collectors

The sculpt quality across the set is genuinely impressive for this price point. The cloth folds on the warrior's robes, the carved details on the staff topper, the layered strapping on the alchemist's legs — it all holds up when you're painting in close. Epic Miniatures consistently delivers that kind of considered detail, and this set is a brilliant example of the range at its best.

If you want to build out a larger cult warband, there's a lot of brilliant material to pair with these three. The undead miniatures collection has plenty of options that fit the same dark, necrotic aesthetic without clashing in style.

We print these in-house here at Otts Workshop in high-detail resin, so what you're getting matches exactly what you see in the photos. They arrive ready to prime — just a quick wash and dry and you're good to go.

If you're running a campaign with any kind of shadowy organisation, a death cult side quest, or just need a memorable encounter that doesn't look like every other group of robed bad guys, this set is a genuinely easy recommendation. Three characters, three roles, one coherent threat.
