Hovering in the lightless depths of the Underdark, the Grell is one of tabletop gaming's most unsettling aberrations. Part floating brain, part ambush predator, this eyeless horror propels itself through cavern tunnels on a writhing mass of barbed tentacles, snatching prey and dragging it into the dark before anyone hears a scream.
