The Fishfolk Warrior is an aquatic humanoid miniature — a scaled, fin-crested predator drawn from the same dark waters as the Sahuagin and Kuo-toa of classic tabletop lore. This set of three sculpts depicts a warband in full aggression: a larger champion figure lunging forward with a bone-tipped trident and two flanking warriors gripping bone staves, all sharing the same wide-jawed, webbed, reptilian anatomy that marks them as creatures of the deep. Their grimdark aesthetic — serrated teeth, dorsal fin crests, and webbed claws poised to strike — speaks to something territorial and merciless lurking beneath coastal or swamp waters.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
In D&D and Pathfinder, this warband miniature set slots naturally into swamp encounters, coastal raids, or sunken-ruin delves where an aquatic faction needs a physical presence on the table. A GM can use the larger champion as a named warrior or tribal leader commanding the two smaller warriors as standard unit soldiers, or deploy all three as a mid-tier encounter threatening a shoreline settlement or river crossing.
