The Piranha Swarm is a beast swarm miniature depicting a churning, tooth-filled mass of carnivorous fish — a river hazard as dangerous as any dungeon creature. Each sculpt captures the frenzied, open-jawed aggression of a feeding school, with serrated teeth, scaled bodies, and the chaotic overlap of dozens of fins that makes piranha swarms one of the most feared natural threats in a fantasy waterway.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
In D&D and Pathfinder, piranha swarms function as aquatic hazard monsters — well suited to river crossing encounters, flooded dungeon chambers, or jungle waterway ambushes. GMs can deploy the flat swarm base for standard tabletop play and the barrel-plinth variant to mark an elevated or contained water feature, giving both visual and mechanical distinction between encounter zones.
