The Rust Baby is an insectoid aberration miniature — a bloated, carapace-plated vermin creature with bulbous eye stalks, writhing tendrils, and asymmetric clawed limbs that suggest something corrupted far beyond natural evolution. Three distinct forms are captured in this set: a low crawling beast in an aggressive hunting stance, a combat-ready warrior variant bearing shield and weapon, and a dominant boss form surrounded by skulls, implying a hierarchy of decay within the swarm.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
In D&D and Pathfinder, the Rust Baby fits naturally into Underdark Encounters — deployed as a vermin swarm infesting tunnels, a rust monster-adjacent threat lurking in sewer networks, or a multi-stage encounter where the boss variant commands lesser drones.
