The Swamp Elder is a frog folk shaman miniature — a grotesque, ritually-marked amphibian elder who presides over marsh cults with the authority of something ancient and deeply wrong. Warty skin stretched over elongated limbs, fungal frills crowning a bloated head, and ceremonial staves hung with bones and fetishes mark this creature as a high priest of the wetlands rather than a mere monster. This is a boss-tier presence: the kind of figure that commands lesser creatures and brokers pacts with things that dwell beneath the water.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
The set of three sculpts gives a GM everything needed to run a swamp encounter centred on a frogfolk cult — a seated high priest flanked by two shaman attendants, each carrying their own ritual stave. In D&D and Pathfinder, the Swamp Elder works as a boss encounter in a fetid bog, a cult leader serving a hag or dark deity, or the orchestrating intelligence behind a tribe of lesser amphibian creatures.
