The Toad Folk are amphibian humanoid miniatures — a warband of frog-like creatures outfitted for adventure, conflict, and arcane mischief across the wetlands and waterlogged wilds. This set of four presents a ranger draped in rope bandoliers and daggers, an armoured warrior blade in hand, a stocky fighter hauling a great hammer and crossbow, and a robed spellcaster clutching tome and staff. Each carries the unmistakable hallmarks of the Toad Folk: pronounced throat pouches, warted skin, webbed hands, and gear that mixes medieval craft with scrappy, makeshift resourcefulness.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
In D&D and Pathfinder, the Toad Folk map cleanly onto Grung, Bullywug, or any amphibian humanoid faction a GM needs to field — whether as a hostile warband lurking in swamp encounters, a neutral NPC settlement deep in the marshes, or player character proxies for an amphibian-race campaign. The spread of roles across ranger, fighter, warrior, and cleric means a GM can drop the full set into a single encounter and immediately have a functional, varied skirmish group.
