The Young Barbarian is a human warrior miniature depicting a fierce recruit on the edge of seasoned combat — horned helmet, spiked pauldrons, and an ornate double-headed axe marking them as a fighter born into a martial culture. Across all three sculpts, this barbarian miniature conveys the raw aggression of a clan warrior not yet hardened by years of war, with poses shifting from a ready stance to a low, ground-eating combat crouch. The stylised detailing — engraved axe heads, wrapped forearm bindings, spiked round shield — speaks to a warrior society where weapons and armour carry as much cultural weight as battlefield function.
This miniature is available in 28mm and 32mm scale, UK printed in high-detail grey ABS-like resin. It arrives free from supports with a base included, ready to prime and paint straight out of the box with no cleanup headaches.
For D&D and Pathfinder campaigns, the Young Barbarian suits encounters involving mercenary warbands, barbarian clan raids, or coming-of-age story arcs where a younger fighter proves their worth. GMs can deploy these sculpts as hostile berserker recruits in forest or wilderness encounters, or hand them to players running a barbarian character at the start of their journey.
